Rob Adams, Service Manager
Rob has been with DOE for eight years. As the manager of the Service Department, Rob has a vast knowledge of numerous machines from multiple manufacturers. His certifications include various makes and models from Kyocera, Copystar, Samsung, Xerox, Lexmark, Muratec, Canon, Toshiba and NEC. Rob and his wife Nickole live in Statesboro with their five children-- three girls and two boys. In his spare time, Rob enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.
Thomas Kirkland, Field Service Supervisor
Thomas has been servicing office equipment for over ten years. He is certified in numerous makes and models of machines including Kyocera, Copystar, Samsung, Xerox, Lexmark, Muratec, Toshiba, Panasonic and Sharp. Thomas lives in Swainsboro and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
Michael Morrow, Field Service Technician
Michael joined the DOE Service Department in 2009. He attended Swainsboro Technical College, where he received certifications in Heating & Air and Electrical Construction & Maintenance. Michael and his wife Jessica live in Statesboro and have three children.
Steven Clark, Field Service Technician
Steven has been a DOE Service Executive since 2009. He graduated from Ogeechee Technical College with a Computer Networking Specialist Degree. His certifications include: Network Administrator, Network Support Specialist, Microcomputer Installation and Support Technician. He is also certified in a number of Kyocera printers and copiers. Steven lives in Garfield and enjoys playing guitar and fishing.
Ed Burgess, Field Service Technician
Ed is the newest member of the Service Department, joining DOE in September 2011. He has eight years of experience in the office equipment industry and holds certifications with Kyocera/Copystar, Sharp, Lexmark, HP, Muratec and Microsoft. Ed and his wife Jennifer reside in Savannah with their son, Turner. He enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling and cooking.
